I did 50 squats with 500 m rows in 17:49
I picked squats, and did it in 21:29. Pistol rolls are deceptively difficult, but I think I’m finally getting there … 🙂
Man sooooo hard after the break… I told myself I was going to workout but didn’t, and I really felt it today. Did the 21 wall-ball shots and completed workout in 11:56, though I think I could have ran way faster.
Taking a break from pull-ups actually turned out to be a benefit though because I did three more today than I could do before the break.
i liked getting to pick what we wanted to do in between runs. i thought it was more fair for everyone’s abilities and needs that way. not a bad workout 🙂 nice way to get back into swing of things after break.
11:00 even! I did the 10 rep 85% max back squat.
Did the 21wall balls choice. Time was 15:19min. Need to improve on those pistol rolls. They’re very wobbly.

I was happy with this time, coming off two weeks of no work outs. Looking forward to the rest of this semester!

12:24. I chose to do 21 pull ups. My whole body is feeling sore! No pain, no gain!
