That’s the first time we’ve done sit-ups in weeks. Oww. 🙂
5:12 @ 185lbs. Nice, classic couplet.
5.58 with 55lbs.
7:48 with 50lbs.
9:54 at 135lb. Got distracted with the volleyball game
7:12 @ 75lbs
7:51 with 65 pounds. Then Jordy and I did the Sampson stretch for an MWOD, and later I did 6 minutes of the three gymnastics stretching.
9:42 Not a good idea to do after the 5k
6:19 @ 135 lbs. I love quick workouts
6:16 – enjoyed this workout, helped stretch everything back out after the 5k
6:40 @ 135lb … but I got the workout wrong and accidentally did front squats. Oh well.
