Power cleans 95/65 (sophs); Deadlifts 95/65 (frosh)
Shuttle runs, gym width; each purple stripe touch = 1 rep

I really liked this workout because of the variety – I think I got 215 reps but I don’t know if that sounds right. Favourite part by far was the running.

Actually, I was quite happy with my performance on that one–usually, my number of reps drops a lot on the last round, but I kept it consistent.
