Did this one on Thursday, using 65#. Great combo. Forgot to document my time…
I did this in the Philippines. I had some trouble having uninterrupted access to two pieces of equipment, so I had to make some mid-course adjustments, but I did all the reps.
It took me about 22 minutes @ 100lbs.
The combination of the row and press was really tough for me.
