The Feast is always better if you stay active! Here is a boatload of workouts you could choose from that require little or no equipment, and some of which you could easily do in your hotel room. The runs would require some way to measure distance—runningmap.com would help. A couple of these use a jump rope—pack it if you’ve got it. Have fun, and enjoy a fit Feast!

Hello from the Philippines!
Pretty nice little gym here! It has a barbell and–of all things–a C2 rower!
After a week of pretty much nothing, I did this:
Row 500m
21 thrusters, 90lb
21 dead-hang pull-ups
Row 500m
15 thrusters, 15 dh pull-ups
Row 500m
9 thrusters, 9 dh pull-ups
Not sure, I believe this took me nearly 16-1/2 minutes. And wiped me out.
Shoulder press 5-5-5-5-5
88lb-99-110-116(f5)-116
Then …
5 RFT:
6 deadlift, 243lb
9 push-ups
12 kettlebell swings, 66lb dumbell
9:35
From mainsite:
5 RFT:
500m row
15 bench press, 135 lb
I had some trouble having uninterrupted access to two pieces of equipment, so I had to make some mid-course adjustments, but I did all the reps. It took me about 22 minutes @ 100lbs. The combination of the row and press was really tough for me. I do think it helped me to think about getting more power from my legs on the row, rather than relying so much on arms.
7 RFT:
15 back squats, 110lb
5 L-pull-ups
9:53
4 RFT:
15 hanging power cleans, 88lb
15 burpees
8:05
300 double-unders
4:27 PR
2 rounds:
25 bench press, 95lb
25 kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
25 knees-to-elbows
25 ghd sit-ups
1 rope climb
14:50 Second round was quite a bit slower than the first.
But after 30 hours of traveling, I’ll take it. It felt good and horrible all at the same time.
Griff – 12:05. I was really happy with this time, averaging 2 min per lap of the soccer field
Run – squat – 12:50.
push, squat,sit – 11.19
squat – burpee tabata – 143 squats and 53 burpees
griff- 18:43
push-sit-squat- 14:36
I stretched twice this week. 🙂
What stretches? Are you doing Mobility WODs?
I loved working out during the Feast! I even got my dad to workout with me 🙂 🙂
