AMRAP 7 minutes:
7 paralette pass-throughs 7 wallball shots 7 burpees
« 15 sprints Snatch balance »
4 rounds + 7 pass-throughs
This one seemed harder then it should of been. Tuesday’s WOD killed me.
6 rounds + 6.5 pass-throughs
Really concentrated on keeping the shoulder externally rotated and tight during the pass-throughs and it made a big difference. Shoulders were really burning.
