Also, in the hotel two days ago, I did:
4 RFT:
10 push-ups on med balls
10 dumbbell thrusters (25 lbs)
10 dumbbell bench press on a yoga ball (25 lbs)
10 split lunges with 25 lb dumbbells in each hand
