8:45 rx’d This was a unique format. The 30 second rest in between rounds was just enough time to catch my breath, which kept me from pacing myself. Had to go all out for all 10 rounds. Fun stuff!

14:00 This was tough for me. I did the first few rounds at 135 then dropped back to 115.
Those 30 second rests were short.
Anyway… I was feeling weak, so I had to pummel my body into submission with this one. 🙂
