All those push-ups the other day killed me on the handstand push-ups. These were shallow.
I also found the wallballs difficult this morning.
The only thing easy about this WOD was the kb swings and stopping the timer at the end.

I agree Mr. H. It felt like the 3rd day for me rather than 2nd say. My shoulders went a little numb after the workout.

Legs were still tight from Monday’s Cindy. Felt like I had to throw the medicine ball up 40ft
8:17 with 12lb wallballs, 1 pood kettlebell, I think those handstand push ups were a bit shallow towards the end though
