6:12 Had to break up k2e and pu on rounds 2 and 3.
Also on Sunday did a 20-minute treadmill run at a hotel in Branson.
Did this today in 5:03 Finally learned how to do knees-to-elbows correctly today! It is hard. I was only able to sustain it on Round 1. I have work to do!
