This was a fun workout, it wasn’t until about the middle of the run in my second round that I found a comfortable way to sling it on my shoulders so I will try it again before Jeru and drop the time down.
The best way I found to carry it is by picking the bag up one hand at each end then slinging it behind the neck. Also its a lot more comfortable to hold the bag with “palms” in, when they are out it wears down your forearms and grip.

thanks for the tip laskey on the carry! 🙂

Sandbag runs were great. I was able to find a comfy position across the shoulders and was able to maintain a strong spine and decent running form.
Thanks, Laskey, for sharing the WOD!
