Never done a snatch before, so hoping I did it right. Brent briefly explained it last night.
8:27 with .5 pood for right arm. Started with .5 for left, but bum shoulder was too weak, so after 10, I moved to .25. That just flew up like nothing. Wishing there were in between weights. Wasted time after my first round looking for chalk. After yesterday’s row and today’s snatches, I’ve got blisters on top of blisters. Felt like my hands were going to pull apart. But…I did it.
5:36 with 1 pood
7:38 with .5 pood

7:52 @ 1.5 pood
Good movements.
KB snatch requires some finesse! That tends to erode with fatigue. Which the wrists do not appreciate.
Feeling kind of lonely around these parts lately!
