This WOD was deceptively difficult. Used 185# through rep 7 of the squat cleans before dropping down to 165# for reps. 8-10.
Did parallette handstand push-ups for reps. 10-6; did regular handstand push-ups for reps. 5-1.
The heavy squat cleans made this one agonizingly brutal. Glad I did it though!
