This bad boy has been on my to do list for quite a while. Reese did it with me last night and it was quite a doozy, but well worth it!

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

10 Burpees

Made this one up in hopes of getting back into “track” shape :)
