This was actually easier than I was bracing myself for … I was able to keep the ring push-ups unbroken until the last two rounds; everything else was unbroken and I was still perpendicular at the end.
14:35 I did normal pushups. I can consistently get 10 unbroken double unders though.

Sub’d 2 push-ups for 1 ring push-up and sub’d 2 sit-ups for 1 GHD sit-up.
My longest stretch of double unders is now up to 15!
