400m run 15 pull-ups 12 burpees

Started with 12 sets of 2 back squats, dynamic effort, every 45 seconds @150 lbs. Then …
5 rounds in 15:17 (finished 4 rds+8 burpees in 15:00) Felt good … was able to keep moving throughout. Runs 3 and 4 felt pretty slow.
4 Rds + 200m run Nasty callus rip during pull-ups brought back fond, painful memories.
