9:07 @ 165 back squats First run since Sunday … felt pretty good!
Since my 4 rep max for Wendler of Back Sqauts is less than my body weight, I did this at 80% of my 4 Rep max–hence 115#. Time was 10:20
Did this after the AMRAP 8:00…

8:40 @ 160# I really enjoy the cross country type mile course Mr. Hilliker laid out on the property. Much better than running on the black top.
