Quick question. What does hold splits within 3-5 seconds mean?
It means try to maintain approximately the same time (within 3-5 seconds) on each of the three runs. As you can see, I wasn’t quite able to do that. The solution would be to pace yourself better on the earlier runs.
Pacing yourself is harder than I realized … that or my indulgence in O’Henry bars last night came back to haunt me. 2:51 – 3:09 – 3:26.
Started off slow, the last two were kept close: 3.31.31 3.02.88 3.04.46
