13:07 Legs felt pretty heavy this morning. The squats after the rows icky. Had trouble with the double-unders too, until I finally found my rhythm on the last round.

I think your time is pretty good Mr. Hilliker. I was dying from Fran yesterday. Specially hurt going from the row to the squats.
Broke my personal string of double unders – 24. Then I was told by Danielle that her’s is 35! 🙁 The battle is on.
21:15. Don’t laugh. 🙂 Double-unders were pretty hard.
