This workout was a killer. The transition from the squat cleans to the running was the hardest part for me.
Dude. This workout looks horrifying to me.
21:01 115# for 20 then 95# for the rest. 1.5 pood.

Face your fears. 19:59 @ 100 lb squat cleans; 1.5 pd kbs. Actually, taking 35 lbs off those cleans made it considerably less horrifying to me. Still, it wiped me out. And I managed to make my goal of finishing in less than 20 min! 🙂
