I felt bad during this workout…. My excuse is too much coffee. 20lbs WB 4 rounds plus 8 burpees.

I used to squeeze the old lemons every morning. Maybe I should get back into it.

5 rounds + 4 burpees (20 lb med ball) Good one, Dan! Tougher than it looked. I was totally gassed by the end.

10# ball and GHDs
4 rounds +2 Burpees kill me everytime. I just feel like they’re a dangerous movement!
