That was tough.
My splits were between 14 and 22 seconds.
The amazing thing was, I actually felt my form improving as I went.
My best runs were the couple after each of the two rest periods.
Way to go! Maybe the little jaunt through the wooded glens of Robbers Cave helped too 🙂 ( still wish I had of caught up!)

But I have to say that it really made me happy to see you rock up in your yellow shirt when you came jogging into camp.
Yeah certainly great memories. Next year will be the second annual. Should be a lot of fun!
