#75 made it to 6 minutes then I had to turn it to an AMRAP and got three rounds.

Every minute on the minute! =) I really liked this workout. The extra 10-15 seconds gave me the chance to reset my form for the exercises.
I bit off more then I could chew on this one. The first four minutes I did at 115# but then couldn’t get it up without totally muscling it up, so I dropped down to 95# for the last 6 rounds. Got all the rounds in even after changing the weight though I was motoring.

#75 lbs every minute on the minute… This was tougher than I thought it would be with that weight but I agree with Twats having those few seconds rest in between really helped out! I like this one lots too…

Pretty comfortable weight for the HPCs. I managed to keep all the rounds below thirty seconds, so I had another 25 seconds to rest and 5 to get set on the bar. Locking in to a ‘schedule’ like that really motivated me during the WOD. I’ll probably try to take that kind of strategy into my other WODs.
Used 95# switched to amrap on the eigth round. Fnished nine.
