WOD1
: In teams of 4
8 min AMRAP of:
10 wall balls
10 push-ups
10 burpees
10 kettlebell swings
1 teammate per exercise; all 4 teammates must finish their 10 reps before moving on.

WOD2: In teams of 4
5 min AMRAP of:
3 deadlifts (185/115)
Transfer bar at top of lift; anytime bar drops, whole team does 6 burpee penalty before proceeding.

Wednesday
WOD: In teams of 3, complete 1000 total reps of:
Kettlebell swings (53/35)
Walking Lunges
Air Squats
Push-ups
Burpees
Pull-ups
Sit-ups
Double-unders
Wall balls (20/14)
Push press (95/65)
*Cannot complete more than 100 total reps of any one movement.  Each athlete must complete at least 15 reps of each movement.  Multiple partners may work at a time, but everyone must work together on same movement before moving on to the next one together.

Cashout: 200m waiter’s walk (53/35)
