With a partner, complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
3 burpee box jump-overs (24”)
3 deadlifts (225/135)
6 burpee box jump-overs (24”)
6 deadlifts (225/135)
9 burpee box jump-overs (24”)
9 deadlifts (225/135)
Etc., adding 3 reps to each exercise every round.

I did Monday’s WOD on Monday, and got through all 18 burpees on the round of 18–108 reps total. I didn’t strategize; I just tried not to move too fast at the beginning. But I think if I had strategized, like trying to get no more than around 12 to 14 reps per minute from the beginning, I might have been able to sustain a quicker pace for longer.
