Strict Handstand Push-up (HSPU w/ feet on box or strict push-ups)

Mobility: 10 min squat archetype


Out of Class – Everyone
As many reps as possible in 7 mins of:
3 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
3 Hang Power Snatches (Rx’d 115/80) (Scaled 95/55)
6 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
6 Hang Power Snatches (Rx’d 115/80) (Scaled 95/55)
9 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
9 Hang Power Snatches (Rx’d 115/80) (Scaled 95/55)
