The intended stimulus was met here. Wow, this was tough. Going as hard as I could on the 400s added an element I’d not truly experienced before with “Helen”. I beat my PR on my 400 meter run by :01. And I felt it going into the first round of KB swings. 🙂 The second half of the workout felt easier than the first half.
