It was recommended to use no rack for the front squats, so I chose a lighter weight. Cleaning more than my bodyweight just didn’t seem appealing to me; 105# was much more manageable. 🙂 This workout started with solid speed, but that soon decreased after the first round. The five consecutive rope climbs got difficult when my forearms filled with blood. They slowed me down significantly in the second round.
