Sophomores: EMOM for 6 minutes: 80m farmer walk with 2 kettlebells, 35lbs; 4 clean and jerks w/ the kettlebells

This was the first time we did box jumps!! They are hard, but fun!

This workout completely killed my legs, it’s been a few days and my legs are still feeling it! So intense but so rewarding when it was completed!
This one hurt haha. I started Rxd but scaled back when I got to the box jumps.

I completed three and a half rounds…this was brutal!
This was intense!! I started out doing the Rx’d version, but had to swap to the scaled version to get through it alive 🙂
