This was one of the Open workouts from this past year.
There it was a 20 minute AMRAP.
I didn’t quite make 6 rounds.
I did three rounds in 9:15, so I was ahead of that pace.
But man, this felt horrible. Those walking lunges are just extremely difficult for me.
