I’ve been doing my bench pressing twice a week, including this morning.
15-12-10-8-6-4: 100-125-140-150-160-170. All felt good. All sets are 15 pounds more than when I started on June 13.
I did 2 rounds of DT Rx’d, just to see what it felt like. This took me 4:59.
The heaviest I’ve done is 135.
I used mixed grip on hpc, which I saw the Games athletes doing. Grip saver for sure. The jerks are the limiter for me. But I’ve got to do DT Rx’d one of these days.
