We did one Tabata scheme (20 sec ON, 10 sec OFF) for power cleans (4 min) and another for thrusters (4 min) w/ a 1 min break in between. Definitely a good one to get the heart pounding! I maxed at 9 reps per set for cleans and only 6 for thrusters.
Not sure how we were supposed to score this one…

Pretty rough for me with thrusters as the second tabata. I forgot to count as well. Oops.
