Went slow on the runs, with start times of around 2:45, 5:30, 8:15, 11, 14 and 17.
Aimed to pull 24,21,19,17,15,13,12 = 120.
But felt good and did 25,22,20,17,17,20,19.
Went all out on last two sets, with regular kips at the end to squeeze every rep.
