Really tough. Was hoping for 7 rounds, didn’t even make 6.
All the movements were tough, especially the walking lunges, bar-facing burpees and chest-to-bar pull-ups.

Happy to hit my goal of 10 rounds, but that was really, really awful. Those were some of the hardest sets of burpees I can ever remember doing. Sweated through 2 shirts and wanted to take a nap afterward.
Going into the workout, was mostly worried about the chest-to-bar pull-ups and least concerned about the burpees, but it ended up being the other way around.
Can’t believe there are people who will do this more than once this week.
