Bench press 5-5-5: 170-170-170 WOD: 5:14 (PR) – Went through 5 rounds like butter. Rounds 6 and 7 suddenly got really hard.
Bench pres: 5-5-5: 145-145-145 (f4) First time benching since FOT.
WOD: 7:12 – Rounds 1-3 were easy. Had to break up pull-ups last four rounds.
