Back Squats: 115lbs
6min AMRAP: 13.5 rounds
7:21 Rx’d
Look forward to doing this one soon.
Forgot to post this last week from my ultimate conditioning class:
Headstand progressions (reminded me of the time D.W. and I used Mr. H’s book to work on gymnastic holds … good times)
5-rep max back squats: only had time to go up to 185. But really focused on form.
AMRAP in 15 min
15 box jump overs
15 deadlifts (225)
20 2KB pus press (44lbs)
1 minute pull up holds
Forgot how many rounds I did.
That is an impressive AMRAP. Sounds difficult. Good work!
10:56 (100)

Reopened one of my hand wounds during this one.
