I finished week three of the Wendler Cycle and made great strides on my efficiency in rope climbs. This workout was a great way to head into my rest period.
My bench press is weak. I used a little over half my bodyweight, 65#. The toes-to-bar were a bit slower than I had hoped, but all-in-all, this was just REALLY fun.
