11:15 Rx’d Today was my first deadlifting since tweaking the back. Went light and slow and it felt good. Ring dips felt good too—stronger than usual. Went 12, 12, 8+4, 7+3+2
Shoulder press 5-5-5: 120(f5)-120-120 Best ever shoulder press session. Still have to stay at 120 though.
