I liked the sophomores workout – 90seconds work with a partner, 6-6-6 wall ball shots, burpees and kettlebell snatch, 90 second rest AMRAP for 15 minutes, because I really, really love partner workouts. Wall ball shots are definitely somewhere I need to concentrate on form because when I catch it, I favour my right hand.
Out-of-class: 2mile – 16:15.
Freshman Workout was eye-opening – first real workout of the year 🙂 Excited for the next one Wednesday. 🙂
