60 seconds hollow body hold (accumulated)
Just did out of class workout. I added 10 sit ups and 10 push ups. 2 rounds for all.

Well after reading the post again, I realized that we were supposed to do the work out 3 times. I did it again this morning, three rounds @ 6:35 –
