It’s cheesy music but it really helps with pacing.
Easy to tell exactly where you are on the clock.
I did take it easier on the push press because I thought I’d burn out quicker.
I actually had a little better stamina than I was anticipating, probably because I paced it.
The numbers make it look like I was in control, but I was really laboring to sustain that pace in those last few rounds.
