So, so, so bad at push-ups.
I wanted to try to do 500, and paced myself for that.
Stopped at 300 because of weakness.
I did hold myself to the standard–full range of motion, whole body off the floor every rep.
I did get saggy in the middle, but fought that with everything I had every rep.
