740m run – 3 or 5 “reps” for every person you beat
Then, in teams of three based on finishing order:
4 minutes as many reps as possible as a team, followed by 1 minute rest of:
pull-ups
thrusters, 75/45 lb
goblet squats, 1.5/1 pood
medball tosses, 15-20-25lb/(10-15-20lb), 12 foot distance (every successful catch = 1 rep)
Team with most reps wins
Hi All PE’ers… Todays workout was nice, I enjoy working in teams and I enjoyed the 740m run. I struggled doing the pulls ups but luckily we had our teams mates assist us in it. Thanks, 🙂
That hurt after RC break! But I really enjoyed going outside to workout on such a nice day!
I enjoyed this group workout! Over 500 reps but the squats were the toughest for me.
I liked working outside. It was a tough workout and I’m definitely feeling it but it was helpful.
Loved doing this as a group but killer having to do each exercise for four minutes. Doesn’t sound that long but tough those thrusters were brutal. Ended fun though with the medball toss. 🙂
It was fun to do this in a team. The med ball toss was surprisingly difficult.
I really enjoyed doing this as a team as well. And doing it outside was awesome!
