That was tough!
I really like the thruster movement. I saw a lot of beautiful squatting in the P.E. classes
I also like those reverse burpees.
I liked this workout!!! I didn’t finish but it was still great!
One of my favourite 7×7, I need to do more of those landmine squat-to-presses to improve my squat form.
I’d personally rather just pump iron, but it was interesting to do those other movements.
So…many…burpees….
But for some reason I was oddly happy doing this workout even though it was a killer. I always lose track of what round I am on by the 2nd or 3rd one, so I have no idea how many I got done.
Those windmills are tricky! 2 exercises short of finishing… 🙁
