That was WAY harder than it should have been.
The gas tank was empty for round 3.

I don’t think I was quite getting to depth on the set of 215.
Would like to feel more comfortable doing deep squats.

This explains why I was never friends with a “Helen” growing up. Kb swings wore out my arms in this one which made the pull ups a bit of a challenge in rounds 2-3.
