P.E. students—three rounds of this workout will count for a full 4 points.
If you do all five rounds, give yourself 5 points for this workout.
Keep in mind before you do it: Add it up, and this workout is a total of 700 reps.
That’s a whole lotta reps.
3:14 – 3:22 – 3:34 – 3:58 – 4:21 = 18:29 (30:29 with rest) – Rx’d (PR by 2:53)
I anchored my feet on the sit-ups. That probably helped.
I remember this first time I did this workout about 3 years ago, the last two rounds were just torture, it took me 34:15, and I just wanted to take a nap after. Progress.
1. 6:15
2. 6:05
3. 5:40
4. 6:13
5. 5:57
Was really glad to have Emmanuel and Zac to work out with!
6:20 + 7:15 + 7:35. That was pretty crazy–I can’t imagine doing five rounds! Hardest part was the push-ups. I might have to try anchoring my feet on the sit-ups next time I try something like this.
2:46 – 2:54 – 3:20 – 3:39 – 3:48 = 16:27 total, Rx’d (PR by 2:02!)
This is crazy to me.
(Feet not anchored on sit-ups.)
