I liked the workout. I was able to push through and it didn’t hurt my back!

Way to go Kiall! Did this morning in 6:21. My plan to finish sub-5 went out the window at about the 2-minute mark, when I hit 30 and could feel myself slowing down. That barbell in my garage was colder than ice!
Tried to get sets of 15. Got 2 sets. Then did a set of 10 and then I finished with all sets of 5. 6:44.

Time of 8:30, RX…no too bad, but my forearms were killing me afterwards
