I quite like those standing knees-to-elbows. They’re amusingly awkward. 🙂
Benchmark – I think it was either 14:45 (I can’t remember if the 33 was for the other workout we did – oops) I think the benchmark squats though was what really attributed to me not being able to get out of my chair today hah!

I tore my hand on this one, but it’s just about healed completely now. Kipping pull-ups are definitely not for hands with calluses
