Handstands and squats were fine.
Chin-over-bar got pretty tough.
L-sits were ridiculous.
Don’t think I’ll by trying out for USAG anytime soon.

My chin-over-bar holds were pathetic after round 3. The last couple of rounds seemed more like jumping pull-ups than a hold. The other holds were fine.
Love the gymnastic WODS!! It’s been too long since I’ve worked on any holds.
