I completed Murph in 35:21, which was a PR!
It was great to compare times from last year to see the improvement ( improved by 2 minutes).
Although I did not fell like a “hero” when I finished this work out!

Jerry was pretty epic!
Murph was pretty brutal but it was a lot of fun! 44 min roughly
I completed Murph in 38:24, accomplishing my goal of getting under forty minutes.
Murph is awesome!
Definitely one of the toughest workouts we have done!
